NeoApex Saver Private Limited, formerly Apex Consultants, is a government incentive advisory based in Ahmedabad and Gandhinagar. Since 2002 we have helped manufacturers across Gujarat claim what the state and central policies provide for them: 15+ benefits, 300+ projects, a 99% filing success rate.
Since 2002 we have filed under every Gujarat industrial policy, from the earlier schemes to the Aatmanirbhar Gujarat Schemes and the Viksit Gujarat Industrial Policy 2026.

Apex Consultants started in Ahmedabad in 2002, helping manufacturers claim the incentives written into Gujarat’s industrial policies. The work has followed every policy cycle since, from the state’s earlier industrial policies to the Aatmanirbhar Gujarat Scheme of 2022 and now the Viksit Gujarat Industrial Policy 2026, and has included electricity duty exemption cases for some of the largest plants in the state.
The practice is now incorporated as NeoApex Saver Private Limited. The name is new; the team, the method and the track record are the ones clients have known as Apex Consultants, from dairy cooperatives and MSMEs in Umbergaon and Vapi to multinational plants in Sanand, Dahej and Vadodara.
